We then undertake robust and thorough Face-to-Face interviews to evaluate functional competence, ability and compatibility to our client's company culture. This culminates in a recommended shortlist and for each candidate we then submit:

Step 6 – Formal Client Interview

We facilitate first and subsequent interviews and communicate with the client and candidates. The Fastnet Project Director can be present at the first client interview if necessary.

Step 7 – Offer and Resignation Management
